Fresno, CA – Surf Thru Express Car Wash is hosting a food drive on November 22nd and 23rd, to support The Community Food Bank. During the Wash Away Hunger event, customers who donate canned or nonperishable food items will receive a complimentary car wash. All six Central Valley locations will be accepting donations from 7 am to 7 pm:

In the Central Valley, more than 530,000 live in poverty and face hunger. Community donations provide healthy food and turn hunger into hope for children, hardworking parents, struggling seniors, and other neighbors in need. The Community Food Bank’s most needed list includes peanut butter, cereal, granola bars, canned tomato products, canned meat, canned soup, canned vegetables, canned fruit, rice, pasta and beans. No glass containers and no pre-opened items.
